Song Stories
Some of our music begins with a story. Let us share a few of our stories of our songs.
Sunday in Seattle was written one rainy Sunday afternoon. Picture sitting with a book, buy the fire
with a fine wine....enjoying the day with friends and family.
Oyster Man was inspired by a trip to
New Orleans. While sitting waiting for a dozen fresh gulf oysters, Roger heard one man's story of his experience
with Hurricane Katrina. This was a story that many never hear. It is one man's loss of his mother, move of
his family and a grieving father.
It's A Living was written over 30 years ago...yet
the words still have meaning for today's political arena.
Miles Away Picture Mount Hood
on the most beautiful day of the year. Mount Hood seen from the Interstate Bridge connecting Washington to Oregon. The
sun shimmers and there is still snow sitting on the peak. It takes one's breath away.
Soul of Sienna For those lucky enough to have been to Italy, there is nothing like a train ride through
Tuscany with the destination being Sienna. The beautiful countryside, old manors, slower life and deep culture lend
to creative thoughts for music.
